Salesforce Program Manager (Contract)

Job Overview:
As a Salesforce Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce implementation projects. This is a hands-on role that requires not only strong program management skills but also a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions. You will work directly with clients, stakeholders, and talented team of Salesforce consultants, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and according to client requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication across all levels. Translate client needs into actionable project plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Salesforce consultants, developers, and business analysts, to drive successful project execution and delivery.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and roadblocks, ensuring smooth progress and minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the agreed-upon scope and quality standards. Review configurations, solutions, and testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Client Training and Support: Assist in end-user training and provide post-launch support to ensure successful adoption of the Salesforce solution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Salesforce Implementation Expertise: Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) for clients of varying sizes.
- Program Management: Strong experience in program/project management, including scoping, planning, scheduling, and delivering Salesforce projects. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is ideal.
- Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships and handling expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
